Supported petroleum projects and equipment sales: power generators, AST tanks, UST tanks, fuel management systems, POS (VeriFone, MSI, and Nucleus), ISD Monitoring, dispenser sales and up-grades, ORVR phase II, commercial, industrial, marina fuel facilities, retail stations, and C-store installs and remodels.

Developed relationships with manufactures to promote their product to increase distribution sales. Project manager for commercial and retail fuel sites. Involved in all environmental California fueling regulations from SB-989, tank testing, permitting, stage 1 & 2 ORVR, and all EVR approved products. Responsible and created a C-store division that includes walk-in coolers, custom cabinetry (wood & metal), ATM, ice makers, fountain machines, and counter tops from Corian to solid surface.

Developed new business with general contractors, HOA associations, property management companies, landscape architecture firms, and large land development owners. Companies divisions consist of : design and installation of, hardscape, irrigation, drainage, plant material, turf, grow contracts for annual color, and a full landscape maintenance division.
