Executive Director"The Mews" Senior Living Community Jan 2013 - PresentI have the pleasure of leading a seasoned staff of professionals in a very unique senior living community in downtown Greenwich, CT. The community is a non-profit organization whose roots go back to the mid 1940's when Nan Rockefeller wanted to start a program of arts and cultural activities for seniors in Greenwich. Between 1970 and 1980 a residential 4 story building was added to the program and currently has 85 apartments of various sizes. Later on a Assisted Living Services Agency was added to allow seniors to age in place longer. It is a vibrant community where residents can walk a half block to Greenwich Ave shops and cafes. Many of our residents have lived here for 10-15 years now.
