I am the Director of Sales, for the Parsippany office, of Sundance Vacations. Sundance is a wholesale vacation company offering affordable vacation packages that can be financed, making travel accesible to nearly anybody. My role as Director of Sales includes: Act as takeover manager for sales, do group sales presentations, hire and manage staff, train new and existing employees, keep office inventory and order supplies, administrative assistance, understand and operate all software systems (Salesforce, etc), monitor sales performanceMy sales career began in 2011 as a basic Sales Representative. After achieving the company wide "#1 Sales Person" award for multiple years I was able to expand my role to include group sales presentations in 2012. After honing my presentation skills I achieved "#1 Presenter" company wide for multiple years. I then was promoted to VIP Sales Representative in 2017 (In-home upgraded sales) and achieved "#1 VIP Sales Person" company wide that same year. In 2019 I then went on to be promoted to TO (takeover) Manager, responsible for creating specific and creative financing for each client in order to close a sale. In this role I've been able to achieve "#1 T.O Manger" company wide for multiple years. In 2020 I was then promoted to Assitant Director of a small office near Allentown PA, then finally promoted to Director of Sales for Parsippany, the 2nd largest office of the company in 2023.
