As Chief of Staff to the Chairman of the Americas at Ernst & Young (EY), I positioned the brand as an advocate of women’s leadership, diversity & inclusion, and entrepreneurship and spearheaded a new communications framework to transform the organization from a tax and accounting firm to a full-scale, global professional services firm.As Chief Marketing Officer / Chief Communications Officer at EY, I built the 1st integrated Brand, Marketing & Communications organization, integrating siloed teams to achieve the highest employee engagement scores in EY while reducing costs by 50%+.
