- Analyze and define root-cause explanations and correction pathways as customer problems occur (PROBLEM SOLVING).
- Develop analytics in researching origin of issues by type, region, frequency, etc. and work to lower the number of reccurring issues by addressing causations before they manifest.
- Streamline and document processes for handling and resolution of issues affecting both at-large accounts and internal business practices (TRAINING & INSTRUCTION).
- Define and develop qualitative structure of Case Categorization to allow for better understanding of case volume, categories, and financial impact to the entire business of specific customers and issues.
- Create Knowledge Base and Training materials to be used both internally and externally for easy access to FAQ's regarding standard issues facing newer customer and staff concerns. SAP SQL CRM
