Responsibilities: MSD retired 2 legacy Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems replacing them with CMS a world class off the shelf CRM from IBM called Curam. My role on the replacement program involved supporting the specification, development and delivery of several key components of the software. My work involved working closely with Corporate, Architectural, Development, Testing, Deployment, Operations and Service Delivery people from MSD along with the 3rd Party Vendors (IBM and HP). My role involves enterprise analysis, problem solving and mentoring team members from MSD IT to deliver great systems for MSD Staff and Clients. This includes being a key contributor to drive MSDs most recent move toward implementing Agile / DevOps methods. In my latest role at MSD I am helping to build the Cloud Capability Team working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to enable MSD build and support the new wave of digital solutions into the future.Major achievements:SCMS ProgrammeMoved from SDLC to Agile system development and support to SAFe and DevOps.Scrum Mastered ‘CRACKLE’ AST to be considered one of the top performing development team with excellent morale and delivery records.Completed Scrum Master Certification from Scrum.orgPortfolio Analyst and Scrum Master Cloud Capability.Project Manager Health, Safety & Security System replacement project.Enterprise Analyst Infrastructure Modernisation Programme Show less
