With over six years of experience as a recruiter at US Army, I find, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. In addition, I draw on my previous experience as a leadership instructor and a Soldier to provide guidance, training, and support to the applicants and the new hires. I apply and teach skills such as instructor-led training, classroom instruction, risk assessment, communication, and teamwork, which are essential for the success and safety of the US Army.
