Responsible for leading the Architecture, Information Management and Shared Services functions for the Consumer Banking Operations group within Bank Of America. The team is a group of over 500 seasoned technical resources with responsibility for:• Developing the Target State Roadmaps across all Consumer products – Retail, Card and Lending• Leading major programs to align with Bank Of America’s architectural and infrastructure standards• Leading the retirement of several hundred applications and their replacement by various, large scale Transformational projects• Reducing infrastructure costs by $70M through simplification and the move towards As A Service technologies• Delivering the overall Architectural and Data strategies to support multiple, large scale (+$200M) programs• Delivering shared service capabilities that provide Security, SOA, workflow and business rule management services across both Operations and the broader enterprise• Managing a project budget of over $100M

Global CIO responsible for the overall delivery of large (some in excess of $100M), complex, distributed solutions supporting BNY’s Investment and Asset Management clients – including the development of the overall strategy and methodology for the successful delivery of these solutions

Global CIO responsible for the delivery of electronic distribution solutions for all Global Markets product groups including Sales. Focused on creating an environment and infrastructure to support a fast growing, high-volume business, and accelerating the move from product silo focus to a horizontal organization based on shared platforms, services and enhancing business strategies.

Architect - Global Assets. Reporting to the CIO, lead the organizations’ efforts to enable a rationalized and consistent data and application architecture and accelerate the move towards a distributed computing environment. Developed an overall application architecture and methodology for Global Assets along with standardized application templates and methods for integrating legacy applications. Technology Group Manager - Responsible for the definition of the strategic direction, architecture, methodologies and hands-on management of group of technology professionals supporting the delivery of applications to support BT’s institutional asset management clients.
