As a rookie I called on Ob/Gyns, Dermatologist, and Urologist and finished ranked in the top 5% in sales for the first bonus period. In 2005 as a dermatology representative I finished the year first in my district and in the top 7% in sales for our first line product. I was subsequently promoted to a grade level 2 sales representative and helped launch a new product in 2006. I called on General Practitioners, Internist, Pediatricians, ENTs and Allergist with medications for cough, colds and allergies. I built a solid prescriber base for this fledgling company and was able to get numerous pharmacies to bring the products in house by gaining physician support and making several pharmacy calls daily. A determined work ethic and my ability to build strong relationships were critical to these efforts in a hypercompetitive market.

I managed a sales territory for a large automotive parts supplier and worked with all tiers of a multilevel distribution system. My responsibilities included selling products into a distribution center as well as merchandising and product training for 135 NAPA Auto Parts stores and their employees. I created programs and promotions to ensure proper pull through and to increase sales and profits for the distribution center and the stores.
