Support R&D on food-related questions to product innovation.  Understand and resolve compliance issues at the plant-level with applicable regulations for manufacturing and warehouse locations, such as wastewater regulations and permits, OSHA regulations, FDA regulations and NFPA matters. Support the R&D production facility on operations topics requiring legal advice and guidance. Create legal training materials and holding training sessions for business teams on relevant legal topics  Project-based legal support on material business projects and new product/co-product/and by-product ventures as they arise within each business or the broader PepsiCo business.
