I am a service operations manager who brings others' visions into reality while delivering optimal people-first management and customer service.Currently, I serve as a Platform and Safety Manager at Paper Education. My role focuses on safeguarding the well-being of Paper’s students and overseeing operational processes related to student health and safety, as well as general platform health and functionality. I am responsible for immediately responding to and resolving student health and safety incidents, including cases of child endangerment, mental health crises, and general well-being concerns. This involves close collaboration with state-level child protective services and other public health agencies. Additionally, I oversee the management of Paper's customer facing tutor team, ensuring successful service delivery as well as consistent customer satisfaction and retention.Outside of this role, I hold a deep interest in history, travelling and writing, I love trivia and the opportunity to talk to new people about their experiences.
