Logistics Operations Manager
CurrentRegular communication between customer's and internal teams as it relates to the benefit of overall customer operations.Proactive management of operational dashboard's ensuring organization is meeting and exceeding the service commitments to our customer's.Adept at identifying logistical trends and working with external customer's (and enterprising internal team) to mitigate risks and act on opportunities for improvement.Management of immediate systemic issues (service failures, critical delays, multiple billing issues) and any other systemic concerns affecting the stability and health of customer accounts.Deliver monthly and quarterly business review's based on customer requirements.I develop, facilitate, and implement account-specific projects. I'm also responsible for executing milestones, updating/ tracking progress, and communication of project completion for internal and external customer visibility.I calculate the ROI and impact for projects and communicate value provided.I perform root cause analysis for issues and concerns pertaining to my accounts. I document issues, develop corrective action, and lead the project to full completion, so as to meet and exceed customer expectations.
