I am the Director of Programs at The Food Group Minnesota, a nonprofit organization that works to end hunger and create a more equitable and sustainable food system. I have over 17 years of experience in leading and managing programs in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on mental health, physical rehabilitation, workforce development, and community collaboration.As a member of the leadership team, I contribute to the strategic planning and goal setting of the organization, and oversee the evaluation, research, and data collection of our programs. I am passionate about supporting the professional growth and capacity of my staff, and developing new partnerships and initiatives to enhance and strengthen our programs. I am also a certified Global Career Development Facilitator, a Licensed Associate Minister, and a graduate of the James P. Shannon Leadership Institute.
