I am a Further Education specialist with many years experience at Senior Leadership Team and Board level. I am highly skilled in delivering operational excellence across all funded learning sectors including Apprenticeships, AEB, Skills Boot Camps, Sector Based Work Academy Programmes, and other government funded initiatives. I also have a wealth of experience in the Commercial and Private Client sectors too regarding the design and delivery of Continued Professional Development programmes and platforms.I have enjoyed great success, and delivered measurable impact across multiple education functions incuding Operations, Quality, Business Development, Continuous Improvement, Strategy, Compliance, and Learning & Development. I am an adept bid writer and compelling presenter which always sees me actively involved in, and supporting, new business activity regardless of my current job role.I have an insatiable curiosity and am always exploring the art of the possible. I am a visionary pioneer of progressive learning design and my recent technology based projects include responsive and interactive AI generated avatar trainers, immersive online classroom and meeting spaces (Teams/Zoom), individualised learning experiences with personalised content through auto generation, and interactive video based learning including integrated assessment activities providing real time feedback.Although technology can be an exciting way to open up learning participation to a wider audience and drive engagement, I am deeply appreciative of other learning needs too and strive to lead an inclusive and diverse approach to L&D creation.
