I have worked for Genesis Healthcare for 23 years (July 2000-present). I have worked up from Dietary Aide to Medical Supply Coordinator to Medical Records Coordinator to Technical Analyst to Senior Technical Analyst. I have also served as an Assistant Dietary Manager and evening Receptionist during my time as a center based employee. Since moving to the IT Department in 2005, I have covered the Eastern and South Eastern Pennsylvania regions, supporting from 17-25 facilities as the individual technician. As the point corporate representative, I have provided remote and onsite IT support and customer interaction. I believe in superior customer service and relations coupled with hardware and software support. I have obtained my CompTia A+ Hardware and Software certifications (lifetime/2010) and continue to expand my exposure to multiple Windows based OS’s starting with Win 2000 on to current.I am seeking a long term position with a company where my skills can be added to a team that will raise the service provided and both personal and team achievement.I enjoy challenges and maintaining systems and the associated users with customer service and education. I love my field and look forward to the changes and challenges it brings
