David has forty years of experience gained in the global engineering and construction business. This has included extensive engineering, project and corporate management experience. He has been involved in many multi-discipline projects and complex commercial proposals. Latterly he has gained exposure to the development of remote port and logistics solutions for the mining, general port and energy sectors. He has broad experience in dealing with global intercompany matrix organisations, a range of national and international clients, partner companies and government bodies. Recently he has benefitted from extensive property development experience culminating in a current project involving the restoration of a historically significant two storey heritage place in Fremantle, Western Australia.He has worked with major international EPCMs and has a long background in Technology Consulting Services. He is familiar with a range of contracting strategies including reimbursable, cost plus, lump sum turnkey and open book conversion.David has substantial international experience and has lived and worked in the UK, Norway, Canada, Malaysia and Australia. He has developed business in many other locations including India and large parts of the Asia Pacific region
