I am responsible for developing & nurturing talent and leading our business banking team across 3 locations in Dublin North. I ensure that we constantly put our business customers’ needs first and continuously find ways to help them to achieve their goals and ambitions. I support my team to focus on delivery of the best banking experience and service possible whilst achieving the highest level of operational excellence standards. Our ambition is to be the Number 1 Business Bank for small to medium sized businesses in Ireland.
