David has nearly 20 years of experience in the area of commercial litigation and arbitration, and his practice covers shareholding disputes, anti-unfair competition, international trade, product liability, real estate, construction, white-collar crime, etc. In corporate litigation and arbitration, he acted as counsel/arbitrator in many cases relating to equity transfer and repurchase, change of control, deadlock resolution and other corporate governance-related disputes.In addition, David has been advising international and domestic clients on compliance issues, including but not limited to commercial bribery, antitrust and advertising law. His scope of work includes providing compliance advice, drafting compliance policies, providing compliance training and representing clients in compliance investigations (both internal and regulatory). He has assisted a number of reputable multinational companies in responding to governmental investigations relating to commercial bribery and drafting internal anti-corruption policies.
