In my product and marketing leadership role, I have the privilege of working with cross-functional teams throughout our organization to plan and execute projects that deliver our product growth strategy. I enjoy the abundant learning opportunities in this role, as well as the collaborative relationships our success relies upon.I have enjoyed a long and progressive career in challenging roles. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with some of the best architectural and construction firms in the world, on some of the most incredible architecture that our generation has seen built. In one of my previous roles, I led our sales management group as a member of the senior leadership team of a very technical business unit. Few achievements have been more satisfying than helping the leadership team redefine the culture and witnessing the resulting growth in individual and team performance within that business unit.In my work, I am passionate about three things: Delivering an outstanding customer experience, ensuring the success of my colleagues, and perpetual learning. I love working with high-performing teams, but also realize that most of us did not begin our careers as high-performers. It takes passion, a willingness to learn, and most of all, strong leadership to create and grow high-performing teams.I have earned an MBA from Fitchburg State University, as well as a B.S. in Business and an A.A.S. in Architectural Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology. I have a remarkable technical aptitude and formal training in project management.
