As part of Bayer’s MDI-Train development it was required to upgrade existing infrastructures. I was in charge to take the FEL package and turn it into safe/successful projects, As CSA Lead I was in charge of over 70 staff ranging from designers, construction managers, site supervisors, HVAC engineers. HSE Engineers, office staff.I was in charge of insuring procurement, engineering, government approvals, HSE requirements, and construction all took place on schedule and within budgets. As all other units relied on the infrastructure project being completed on time so commissioning of their projects could take place. I was responsible for having up to 9 different projects running concurrently • Over 9000 tons of steel for Pipe Racks• 10,000m2 Maintenance Ware house with offices• 5 x 40MW cooling towers • 3x 40MW cooling towers (extension to existing)• 3000m2 ammonia processing facility(extension to existing)• 40,000m2 logistics facility• 5Km of cooling water piping (Dia 600 to 1.2m)• Over 7km of roads.• 2000M2 fire control centre• 220kva Sub-station over 12,000m2• 35kva Sub-station 3000m2• Storm water pump station• FM 2000 fire system• Landscaping and greening of over 150,000m2• Upgrading of existing infrastructures within the existing plant• Change order management• Over 2 million LTI free man-hours• Coordination of other disciplines• Final Documentation for both client and authority’s

China Coating Project in Suzhou is an architectural distinctive project design To illustrate how steel buildings can be functional but also architecturally Unique. Manage and co-ordinate design and procurement departments Material take offs, of cladding and supply from four different countries.  Working with Architect and Client on choosing correct panel profiles for the 21 different buildings on the project. Pre-qualifying, tendering and awarding contract for supply of the structure steel. Co-ordinating the fabrication and delivery of 9000+tonnes of structure steel. Pre-qualifying tendering and awarding contract for supply of glazing. Co-ordinating the interface of the design and supply of all glazing. Managing the in house design of all the cladding system used on the project. Co-ordinating of all building materials used in the structure and architecture finishes.  On site assistance to the installation teams in WHS and SWS when installing structure steel, cladding and glazing. Quality control inspections. Schedule and cost control.
