Performed all maintenance and service work on AT&T's network infrastructure from switch equipment in the CO, to RT sites, to customers demarcation point. This includes all fiber and copper cables in between as well. Worked in both aerial and buried environments while service cutting fiber and copper cables. Operate bucket truck while performing aerial work as well as ladders and hooks. Worked rear easement and roadside pole transfers. Document and report any and all damage claims as well as performed the work to restore. Responsible for documenting any assigned pair changes in the field to ensure accurate records were on file. Often worked in inclement weather to restore service during outages.
