Led Beta testing and curriculum development for the Live, Virtual, Constructive, Gaming methodology into the Cavalry Scout Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course program of instruction.Led the validation of 148 hours of new curriculum for a mid-level leadership and management development course and completed all formative assessments one year ahead of schedule.Independently identified gaps in student’s skill and collaborated with subject matter experts to develop 28 complex decision making exercises designed to increase adaptability and critical thinking skills which were adopted into the course curriculum.Trained and mentored 17 instructors into a cohesive team by providing a clear vision and ensuring adherence of course standards, polices and regulations.
