I am delighted to announce my commencement with Intuit Technologies in their Business Advisory team. This new role draws on the wealth of knowledge and experience I have developed as a Director in KPMG's Hobart based Advisory Group.Since joining KPMG in 1997, I have undertaken over 500 projects for a diverse client base including most Tasmanian State Government agencies and Tasmanian Local Government owned entities, a number of private sector organisations and many not-for-profit entities. My areas of interest include business operating model reviews, social and economic impact studies, project feasibility studies and industry/ organisation reform. My industry sector strengths include local government, aged care and tourism. My skills include research and qualitative analysis, financial modelling, public consultation/ facilitation and complex report writing.Prior to joining KPMG, I was a member of the Executive Management Team of the Hobart City Council for six years. In this capacity, I was responsible for community strategic planning, organisation improvement and other major organisation wide initiatives. Earlier roles in my career included consumer and business lending (ESANDA and HFC) and internal audit and accounting (RACV).
