As a senior Sales Manager I use my industry knowledge built over 30 years in the automotive sector to support and empower my specialist team of sales professionals to deliver successful solutions to our clients. I have a passion for all things automotive and for doing the job right the first time and I inspire others to be the best they can be and to strive for the next level in everything they do. I believe that with the will and desire to succeed anything is possible.I currently lead a team of eight Area Managers as my sales team and we are responsible for retaining and obtaining profitable growth for the Capricorn Society Limited within NSW. I like to get things done and have successfully taken the NSW team to Zone Team of the year status with Capricorn in the 2010/11 financial year. I relate well to clients and staff and with my high level of professionalism and commitment will usually go over and above to ensure expectations are more than met.Beginning as an apprentice motor mechanic in 1983 working in the family business I soon began to look at developing my skills and moved into a parts sales representative role with Repco Auto Parts the largest automotive aftermarket supplier in Australia and from there I have succeeded in various management roles moving across to Capricorn in 2006 and into my current role in 2010.On a personal level I am involved in Endurance Kart racing currently competing in the TEKA NSW series with my eldest son
