--Responsible for the successful implementation of complex enterprise database extractions and conversions. This includes supervision of technical resources, development of technical service delivery processes, evaluation of implementation solutions, and developing a training program for new hires.--Involved in cross-team collaboration to conceive innovations that help us deliver more efficiently and effectively to our customers, resulting in high quality, on-time and under budget projects.--Coordinates and conducts regular team/individual meetings to communicate pertinent company and team information; ensures that good lines of communication and good working relationships are maintained with all team members involved in the implementation process, both internal and external (when needed for an escalation); maintains open lines of communication with employees and partners by monitoring/reporting project status, managing team to a minimum billable utilization goal, escalation, forecasts, and milestones on an ongoing basis; verifies notification to proper parties involved in implementation effort.

--Portfolio Lead for a team of Data Analysts that perform data conversions from third-party legacy databases into Blackbaud products. I have also served as the Portfolio Leader for Blackbaud’s flagship product RENXT, where I was directly accountable for a cross-functional team that included, a Manager, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Data Analysts. In addition, I have managed relationships with multiple Service Delivery Partners, ensuring they deliver products to the same high standard as our internal team members. --Project Lead for a pilot program that introduced a new role to the Services team - Data Acquisition Specialist. The pilot consisted of data gathering, RACI development, communication with affected teams and work flow creation. In addition to leading the pilot, I also ran point on the rollout and subsequent process improvements, including managing and communicating any pivots along the way.--Capacity planning is vital to my role, so knowledge of my team members' current projects, new backlog and potential sales is essential to proper planning.--Extensive experience interacting in pre-sales activities, alongside Sales and Business Development, including help in developing technical estimator tools.--Weekly meetings with our Products team to discuss needed enhancements and product roadmaps.--Multiple meetings each week with our PMO leaders to ensure we are aligned and prepared for changes.--Ensuring success includes management and oversight of billable utilization targets, high quality professional services deliverables and client satisfaction that results in referenceable customers and happy, long-tenured team members. This applies to both internal resources and our Service Delivery Partners.--Directly involved with clients, as escalations arise.
