David has an extensive background in media from the age of 14. he began work in a radio station in Cocoa Florida at the age of 14 and continued with several stations in the area. Later he was named Brevard County News Director for WESH-TV2 from Daytona Beach and Orlando Florida covering every Gemini and Apollo Launches from Cape Canaveral. After attending college at the University of Florida in Radio-Television, he moved to North Carolina where he worked for Southern Broadcasting at Hertiage stations WTOB-WKIX WSGN-KOY as an engineer and announcer. He holds a First Class Radio-Telephone- General Class Engineering License and is certified by the Society of Broadcast Engineers.Mr. Rollins has extensive political campaign experience, working on major National, State and Local elections with success. He is a member of the Republican National Committee.He is an Eagle Boy Scout with a God and Country Award and a member of Pilgrim Reformed Church in Lexington, North Carolina.Mr. Rollins spent 15 years in the United States Army, stationed in Germany and later as a combat veteran of the Gulf War where he served as the Unit Administrator of the 846th Transportation Company from Salisbury, NC.
