Led the operations and strategic direction of a comprehensive array of social services, totaling $12.8 million. Responsible for program oversight and planning, grant stewardship, agency growth and government affairs. Coached a team of six program directors to inspire their teams to provide high-quality social services, develop plans for sustainability, and partner with funders.• Secured $2.5 million in grants annually, including $880,000 for COVID-relief efforts in 2020• Facilitated inter-departmental service delivery that has led to greater cooperation and enhanced service delivery for clients

Senior Care Advisors is a care management agency, helping older adults and their spouses, children, family and friends understand the dynamics of aging and the best resources to access. We understand that caregiving can be a stressful experience, helping your loved ones while juggling life’s other responsibilities, including work. Our services include a comprehensive personalized assessment, advocacy and research and referral. Senior Care Advisors also works with businesses to serve as a valuable resource to your employees on aging issues and caregiving. We provide educational programs and resource fairs, and can work one-on-one with your workers. We recognize that the stress of caregiving can lead to missed work and decrease productivity, and we will work with businesses to address these challenges for your employees.

Wilf at Home is a new agency of the Oscar and Ella Wilf Campus for Senior Living, a family of senior service agencies based in Somerset, New Jersey. Wilf at Home was created to help older adults age in place safely and independently in their homes. Our catchment area includes Middlesex County, Somerset County and lower Union County. We are currently in the research and development stage, assessing the needs of the community and meeting with potential service partners. Stay tuned as we develop this exciting program for the central NJ community!

I currently oversee the internal processes of CARIE, a nonprofit organization that provides social services to older adults in the Philadelphia area; and support the executive director with key organizational and operational tasks, including budgeting and human resource management. From December 2010 through October 2011, I managed the CARIE LINE, a telephone and e-mail based social service program that educates seniors and their relatives and caregivers on available services in their community and helps them navigate through social service systems.

Created a new department charged with developing and implementing innovative and strategic social services and hands-on volunteer projects to help elderly persons and low-income families achieve dignity and independence.

I monitored and advocated on public policy on behalf of Jewish Federations and their affiliated agencies throughout the United States. My portfolio included: low-income housing, nonprofit tax issues, social security, federal budget process and appropriations.
