Project Management Office (PMO) representative with managerial oversight of all procurement, sub-contract, logistics and supply / property management. Established program specific policies, procedures and processes in order to develop quantitative and qualitative reporting. Initiated steps to institute corporate guidelines on the project level to help develop transparency, stability and structure for all projects. Performed regular analysis of data and operations to ensure deadlines were met utilizing proper time management and data confirmation.

Baghdad Iraq

Manage three site transitions of US Government Property under LOGCAP IV to the new Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract under the Department of State (DOS). Develope and implemente operation checklists based off of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), contractual requirements and the contractor’s Property Control Plan (PCP). Used by DOS Facility Management for contractor auditing and accountability purposes. Create contractor reporting mechanisms and templates for reporting goals, accomplishments and current status updates. Act as liaison between Department of Defense, Department of State and contractors for preparation, control and movement of assets.

Directly responsible for the oversight of the Procurement and Materials team and the profit/loss of a revenue center, major product line, or support function. Accountable for the overall identification of Procurement and Material resources for business requirements. Develops, implements, and enforces the compliance of company global procurement and materials policies, builds supplier rapport, negotiates with strategic suppliers, and coordinates activities to meet the needs and productivity of an operation. Under broad direction, is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related disciplines or sub-groups within a function. Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to managers or professional staff. Participates in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures.

This job is specific to LOGCAP. Manages client owned equipment control activities to track government, contractor, or company property in accordance with applicable government regulations and corporate policy. Develops, recommends, and implements client owned equipment administration policy. Ensures that client owned equipment is properly identified and tracked from acquisition to disposition. Collaborates with client and/or government property administrator to resolve property administration issues. Provides property related technical support and written recommendations to management and government personnel. Job role is responsible for measurable assets.
