My responsibilities are to insure the accuracy of inventory whilst providing cover for the stores and procurement as required. I am responsible for facilitating stock takes for both our central stores and our regional depots. I have to monitor inventory in stores and around the regional depots to ensure stock is used as required and minimising excess in all areas. I also have to assist in the stores roles (as per my previous position) as and when required and also provide relief to procurement when required. I am also responsible for getting the inventory dispatched and processed accurately onto projects.

My responsibilities are accurate receipting of goods from vendors from around New Zealand and International vendors. I am also responsible in processing orders from both internal customers (technicians) and external customers (sales orders). I am also apart of the rolling stock team that travels around the various branches around New Zealand to maintain an accurate stock levels. I am also working on remapping the warehouse to make it more efficient and user friendly.I took a secondment role between June 2016 - December 2016 was leading the end to end process for the development, creation and documenting the upkeep of an Asset Register/Part Categorisation database for the Service and Maintenance parts for ECL Group. I had to create a matrix style database whereby all service and maintenance parts categorised by asset type. I had to collect all information from ECL part numbers, vendor part numbers, descriptions and offer recommendations in part duplication's, obsolete part write offs and part descriptions are clear and up to date. This was to cleanse the database before the new system was implemented into the business.Upon completion of this secondment role I return to my previous role as Fuels Supply Chain.

My responsibilities was accurate receipting of goods into the warehouse from both national and international vendors. I was also in-charge of distribution of the goods to both internal and external customers both here in NZ and overseas. I also had to do purchasing when required. I was the supervisor to another staff member in our store also issuing jobs and looking after his timesheets.

I worked in our weight and testing division also known as W&T. We looked after weighing products, Point Of Sale (POS), Eftpos, ATM along with some other products. I was responsible for going to customers sites to either fix or do contractual site visit to service customer machines. We also did installation and sales of equipment.

I was hired to help the store out just before, during and just after the Christmas rush. I was tasked with selling of goods to customers, also deal with returns and maintain the stores appearance. Also assisted in setting up the store for various sales putting up displays etc.
