Led and developed the Conduct risk assurance strategy for the Retail Bank. Provided all second line oversight over the strategies employed through the Bank's brands, products and processes across the various Retail channels e.g. branches, telephony, digital to enable delivery of the right outcomes for our customers. Accountable for the integration of the two Audit functions of LTSB and HBOS as part of the merger of the two Banks in 2008. Led the Audit function for the EMEA region of American Express and Technology Audit function across whole of international. Also led and delivered the Sarbanes Oxley program for American Express Card and Travel Businesses.
