I am also a highly motivated team player who is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow. By educating others about movement literacy, I enjoy helping people achieve their goals by living a healthier lifestyle.My main interest is to work with soccer athletes and explore the potential of human performance at the highest level. During my undergraduate degree, I focused on developing my understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, coaching and overall human movement in order to improve the physical performance and health of anyone I work with.
