Leading Consumer Reports’ first-ever joint unit of writers, editors, and testers to accelerate the company’s ability to quickly evaluate and report on emerging products. The team develops methodologies for testing products in real-world situations, creating multimedia content while relying on clear decision-making and a centralized accountability for both content and testing.

Coordinating the approval, assigning, scheduling, and publishing of new product categories and ratings across audience-expansion efforts at Consumer Reports. Including new products being evaluated inside and outside our labs. Leveraging metrics to measure performance throughout the workflows, with a focus on driving both membership orders and overall traffic.

Responsible for the implementation of editorial standards across all of Consumer Reports platforms and publishings. From print to podcasts, alongside digital, advocacy, marketing, and video efforts. The latter including CRTV segments (licensed and distributed to 100+ television stations) and the Telly Award-winning Consumer 101 NBC series. Served as a liaison to the Legal department, creating fact-checking policies, procedures, and trainings while leading a top-notch team of fact-checkers.

Authored features, departments, and columns, while overseeing the magazine’s 6-month internship program.
