CurrentCreate and maintain materials utilized to support department personnel in their contracting and provider set-up efforts. Train and instruct the Clinic Management Department in department processes, contracting document accuracy, fee negotiation and internal and external customer communication and relationships.- Worked with leadership to plan and implement new hire and training programs for all department personnel.- Researched training techniques and implemented enhancements to existing training programs to create a diverse training environment that enriched learning for all department personnel. - Responsible for the evaluation and reporting of the effectiveness of training with employees during and after the orientation period to assist in career development, and improvement of all training programs.- Interacted and worked with staff at multi-levels within the organization in a high-paced environment requiring multi-tasking skill ability and resourcefulness while maintaining a proactive attitude and professionalism.
