I am a Partner within PwC Luxembourg and I have a 19-year experience in audit. I have developed a strong knowledge in IFRS and Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements, including accounting principles, auditing standards, risk management, and internal control processes (incl. Sarbanes Oxley). I am Réviseur d’Entreprises Agréé, and I am providing assurance services to domestic and multinational businesses. I have extensive experience of working on two major industries i.e. Industrial & Public Sector and Alternative, with a focus on Private Equity funds. I am responsible for the client’s relationship, the supervision of the audit fieldwork and the overall quality of all deliverables. I am leading the Technical Team supporting the audit practice, mainly in relation to accounting and regulatory questions for various industries (operational companies, private equity, real estate, …). In this context I serve as course developer and instructor for internal and external trainings, providing solutions in both technical and soft skills, accompanying people through their professional path and development needs. I am also involved in the hiring process, to recruit the best profiles and to meet clients and PwC business objectives.
