Systems administrator of Windows Server 2008r2/2012/2003 environment and Windows 7/8/XP clients. Member of implementation team for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 ERP solution and currently administer Dynamics AX 2009 and SQL 2008 and 2012 production, test, development and migration servers. Managing help desk supporting 600+ local and geographically dispersed internal users and external users for selected applications. Implemented and currently administer Microsoft Exchange 2010 servers, Hyper-V servers, SCCM, NAS, application, print/file servers, various Dell server management tools and SharePoint 2010 servers. Administer Dell EqualLogic 4500 and 6500 storage devices. Administer Lync 2010 Communications server. Implemented and administer Active Directory (AD) servers. Installed and administer IHS Intelligent Authoring servers (chemical/regulatory application). Our IT Team supports over 600 users (450 remote) in 44 US locations backed by a purpose-built data center. Currently deploying Windows Mobile handheld devices to field personnel and administering server backend. Recently installed Atlas for Dynamics reporting and data import solution for MS AX. Six Sigma certified Green Belt. Virtually none of the current capability existed in 2010 when I arrived and it's been a blast to build it!

As analyst in charge of asset lifecycle management for various Cessna business units, led effort to reduce asset usage costs by $520,000 per year.Integrated various avionic navigation update systems into Cessna EFB solution.Responsible for deploying EFB's to ISBAO standard for fleet of approximately 26 turbofan aircraft and 4 propjet aircraft.Responsible for all Dispatch electronic systems reliability and integration.

Developed application to process and analyze external customer survey data into useful formats for Marketing.Researched, tested and deployed both Good Technology and Blackberry wireless handheld solutions for senior executives and sales network.Responsible for support and provisioning of Citation and Single Engine remote sales force.Responsible for Cessna Marketing division tradeshow IT activities.
