-Provide support through corporate business areas primarily focusing on Internal Audit, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Vendor Management, Legal, and Procurement-Create Technology Investment Requests for corporate business areas by gathering requirements for technology needed by business units in the upcoming year, providing hour estimates based on each investment request for required resources, and detailing cost estimates based on internal and external resources needed, implementation costs, and maintenance costs-Work closely with various business areas to perform analysis and implement requirements for Federated’s GRC (Business Continuity/Vendor Management) cloud software-Maintain GRC software by addressing incidents, additional requests, and permissions for departmental business continuity plans and reports/vendor assessments, as well as all crucial data within the system-Utilize Federated’s GRC software to improve the Vendor Management/Risk Management/Incident Management program working closely with company stakeholders-Assist in creation of Risk Management reports from current Report Builder solution through Power BI-Provide support/analysis as SharePoint Site Collection Administrator-Utilize SDLC process to address service requests, projects, and incidents
