Responsible for the development and execution of American Sports Network’s content strategy across all platforms including acquisitions (rights deals and packaged content) and program scheduling. I work with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill targeted strategies, drive revenue for ASN and deliver the maximum audience for all platforms.In support of ASN’s content syndication efforts, I work with Ad Sales and Affiliate Sales to develop and execute content distribution strategies. I provide on-going communication with ASN affiliates (stations and networks that broadcast ASN sports content) fostering stronger relationships in an effort to drive increased revenues.

• Provided day-to-day management and leadership of the Programming team and oversight of a multi-million dollar programming budget.• Restructured the programming schedule adding more live content, consistent day and time scheduling of originals, timely encores of matches, classic matches, themed program blocks and more.• Aggressively increased live content on the channel through strategic acquisitions resulting in a 242% increase in tournament rights from 2006 (34) to 2013 (116) including TV rights to all 4 Grand Slams and high level ATP and WTA tour events.• Increased tournament/content acquisitions, creative scheduling and expanded messaging have led to consistent year over year viewership increases from 2010 to present (87% of the weeks meet or exceed the same week of the previous year).
