All the POS had to be delivered on time and on budget. I was also responsible for all of the traffic that went through the creative and artwork studios. I liaised with the other Account Managers and Studio Managers to ensure that there were no ‘bottlenecks’ within the department and that all clients’ work was delivered on time. I was also responsible for a large proportion of the production bought for clients such as the Co-Operative, Perrys, Victor Chandler, West London Nissan (I also managed this account) and Skybet. This ranged from holiday brochures, leaflets, stationery, POS, digital print and Exhibition stands.
