I am responsible for successfully delivering both cloud and on-premise ERP projects. I am given wide autonomy in determining objectives and procedures within this role. I solve complex problems with creative solutions.My main responsibilities involve: • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to understand business requirements • Documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications • Manage overall client satisfaction and client relationship • Provide best practice functional and technical expertise • Assisting and mentoring build consultants with system configuration • Implementing complex configurations • Writing SQL queries, views, triggers and stored procedures • Creation of bespoke forms within the system • Writing reports using Crystal Reports • Preparing and updating project plans • Managing project budgets • Responsible for the full lifecycle of a project: ○ Project kick-off meetings ○ Scoping sessions ○ Complex system configuration (including data migration) ○ Integration of systems ○ System presentations (Both internal and client) ○ End-user training ○ Assisting and carrying out UAT (User Acceptance Testing) ○ Performing system go-live and project closure • Internal "Champion" of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) within business

An expansion of my previous consultancy role, this position gives total responsibility for the overall delivery of the solution. This would be for the full lifecycle of a project including project management, planning and resourcing through to go live.

In this role I was responsible for the end to end design of solutions. I would conduct workshops and provide a detailed document laying out customer requirements and translate these into a series of configuration steps for consultants to build a solution.

I worked both individually and as part of a team on various small to large scale projects to achieve client objectives. I was involved in all stages of a system implementation lifecycle and worked with my clients to understand, document and improve and enhance their business processes by adopting our suite of financial applications.
