- Partner and collaborate with Sales & Marketing managers to enable ComplyAdvantage to realize its substantial growth targets; - Curate & build reporting insights for the revenue teams, specifically, Marketing and Sales teams;- Support the creation of growth strategies and customer expansion plans, whilst supporting the cross-functional planning processes;- Manage automation, and custom reporting analysis alongside other sales operations functions;- Implement and optimize the best practices to build a world-class revenue machine and enable the commercial organization to scale smoothly and rapidly.

Engage and partner with key stakeholders to provide planning and logistics for training deliveries (classroom and virtual) - serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on all elements of program coordination and execution;Creation of deliveries in LMS, management of rosters, including enrollment, waitlist management, registration tracking and class reconciliation, evaluation administration, trainer bookings, and reporting;Engage with vendors and stakeholders for all logistic needs including class and breakout room bookings, class setup, etc.
