Since Feb-2017, I have been working with Oracle customers on the implementation of cloud solutions. As an ISM my role is to educate the customer and partner regarding best practice for cloud implementation and environment management. My focus accounts is within the UK Government structure, including Home Office, Foreign and Commonwealth Office and various Police Forces.Previous to my role as an ISM, I worked within the Oracle Critical Accounts team - handling major escalation issues for Oracle customers.
