I am a utility locator. I locate underground utilities for for contractors,home owners, and utility companies to protect the infrastructure of the United States.

Supervise a inmate work detail where during the summer I run a 7-12 man grass crew where they maintain all the county major roadways. During the winter I run a 12 man crew where we do force clean detail cleaning up all the county's foreclosed or abandoned properties. Have also worked in the prison where I assisted in the supervision of 240 inmates and prison operations.

Supervise, direct, and evaluate staff, handling employee concerns and problems, assigned work, counseling, and recommend disciplinary actions. Responsible for the security of the institution including all personnel, inmates, and equipment during shift operations. Supervise officers on duty making assignments and monitor there progress. Review staff reports for accuracy. Resolve all other staff or inmate issues.
