The SOP's are designed for training in PPT format. Created a Quality Issue log for posting and floor coverage for each functional area in the Weld Department. Began tracking Weld Production in most functional areas for inner-departmental analysis. Tracked Assembly Production for needs analysis in 2019. Began inner-departmental labelling with associated blueprints identifying all component parts for the organization of Weld Department inventory. Took on oversight of Paintline/Wastewater Treatment in September 2019. Established documented visual quality inspections for fan guard production, burner box assembly, and manifold weld inspection. Instituted chisel and visual checks for seam welds. Certified for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED through the American Red Cross Online Course, 2022.

Operation of Cincinnati Milacron Maxim 630's in the production of transmission cases. Cross-trained in shift-bar housings in 2012 and moved to full-time shift-bar production in the spring of 2013. Entered several Vision initiatives for Continuous Improvement including the creation of an on-line process for the retrieval of inventory information for operators, the practical suggestion of restricting pallets from the light curtain area in front of the RGV, and the 5S suggestion that loose tooling be inventoried and properly stored.
