In my career, I have worked on a range of engineering, research, and design projects, including modeling, design, testing, development, analysis, and production. I have performed exceptionally well at positions ranging from simulation engineer to project manager. Specific goals that I have worked towards have included protecting land-based warfighters from blast induced shock, mitigation of repetitive shock and vibration on high-speed boats, and the development of advanced control strategies. I have also served as an embedded advisor to the U.S. Army’s Rapid Equipping Force where I provided guidance on scientific and technical issues relating to new products, concepts, and requirements. This charter included interfacing with organizations and individuals throughout the Army’s R&D community as well as other organizations including DARPA, TSWG, JIEDDO and others. Presently, I am a Vice President at Ideal Innovations, Inc. and am in charge of the companies Special Programs. This includes being charged with developing key technologies and new efforts through prototype and testing phases, as well as being a focal point for corporate R&D.
