Oversee the clinical equipment planning for major facility projects, renovations, and new hospital construction. Responsible for hiring and managing a multidisciplinary team of equipment planners, project coordinators, AutoCAD/Revit drafters, procurement analysts, and construction consultants. For turnkey projects, maintain responsibility for contractual relationships with teaming partners and subcontractors. In addition, manage in-house information technology division. Oversee software development, database management, and client facing web portals. Plan and implement new policies and procedures to improve the company through the use of technology. Lead high-visibility, complex projects through the stages of the project life cycle including analysis, planning, execution, and post‐project analysis.

Oversee all information technology divisions, including software development, systems, web design, and helpdesk support. Work jointly with other department directors to plan and implement new policies and procedures.

Provide technical support for developing, maintaining, installing, and managing server hardware and software. Diagnose, analyze, and resolve network and server problems.
