As a senior managing director at Accenture Strategy, I specialize in designing and developing talent and organization strategies and solutions for clients. I have extensive international experience working with some of the world's largest global companies from early in my career. I am a guest lecturer at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School and Babson College and frequently speak at industry conferences and events.
