Summary: Reporting to the CEO, As the Leader of the Company Information Technology Functions, the IT Manager is responsible for secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, software and security of all such systems. Ensure all IT Policies, Procedures and Programs are in compliance with the Company's objectives, strategies and any applicable Governmental regulations; and that such activities are performed in the most efficient and cost effective manner. The manager works collaboratively with the CEO, CFO and other Company Management, in developing IT strategy and tactics for the overall betterment of the Company.Duties included, but were not limited to:- Directing all operational aspects of the Company's IT department- Developing long and short term goals. objectives, plans and project budgets for areas of responsibility.- Regularly assessing and reporting the extent to which goals and objectives are being met and budget adhered to; communicating to the CEO and CFO regularly on activity and progress on project timelines, and initiating corrective actions where necessary.- Identifying problematic areas and implementing appropriate strategic solutions- Ensuring the security of company data, network access and backup systems; preserving assets, information security and control structures- Identifying, researching and evaluating emerging technologies and developing innovative solutions in order to capitalize on new opportunities to form part of the strategic development of the organization- In collaboration with the internal human resources supports, interviewing, hiring, training and evaluating performance of and, when necessary, disciplining and discharging direct report staff- Ensuring the testing and auditing of information systems is conducted and assessing their outcomes to confirm that they are working as intended

Working within Finance and IT, my role was responsible for IT infrastructure Project management, architecture build. Additional responsibilities included but were not limited to Project managing Software Implementations within the organization, Communications services and IT/Network Policy/Use builds.

Summary: The Director of Project Management Office (PMO) oversees hands on the successfuloperation of the Timeless Medical Systems’ core business: implementation of Timeless MedicalSystems’ industry leading health technologies. This includes managing the PMO and ApplicationService Delivery (ASD) / Product Implementation strategy, development, prioritization,implementation and successful delivery of all projects. This Leader is deeply involved withimproving the consistency, predictability, profitability, efficiency and team knowledge of projectcapabilities for both internal and Customer-facing initiatives. Responsibilities include thedevelopment, adherence and enforcement of Project Management processes, procedures andguidelines. Other duties include management and resourcing of PMO / ASD personnel in a multi-locationenvironment to ensure responsiveness to business needs and objectives. This Leadermust also ensure that the operational issues of both departments are managed, focusing on theproject interface with project leaders, project teams, and other key stakeholders, both internal andCustomer related.
