 Managing day to day accounting activities of a full service energy services company (with a US subsidiary) including a/p, a/r, invoicing, g/l management, and all full cycle accounting functions including payroll, with 5 direct reports. All banking and leasing contracts and negotiations. All CRA and IRS regulatory compliances including T2’s. Bi-Weekly cash flow reporting and monthly financial statement reporting to the bank and Board of Directors. Completing audit working papers and financial statements including ASPE disclosures for the external auditor.

 Responsible for managing day to day accounting activities of a full service energy services company (with a US subsidiary) including a/p, a/r, invoicing, g/l management, and all full cycle accounting functions including payroll. Managing and training accounting, DOT and Safety staff as required. Negotiating banking and leasing contracts, including securing $27.5 Million in term debt for expansion. Short and Long-term Budgeting and forecasting, as well as variance reporting to the Board of Directors. U.S.A. DOT registrations and exporting activities, including quarterly IFTA reporting functions for the USA. All CRA and IRS regulatory compliances. Weekly cash flow reporting and monthly financial statement reporting to the Board of Directors. Completing audit working papers and financial statements including ASPE disclosures for the external auditor.Coordinate and scope SAP Business 1 implementation
