• Direct all front desk employees and ensure task are complete on time• Sustain guest records and billing information and confirming the final charges• Handle cash registers and any paid outs for guest rooms.• Lead member of our Guest Satisfaction Committee monitoring all responses to guest reviews• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and prep area as well as food orders every week• Train all front desk employees on guest procedures and meeting room set-up

• Monitor inbound flights to ensure prompt pick up of clients• Answer phones and take down new reservations over the phone and email• Dispatch all drivers and task drivers in the computer system• Schedule and confirm drivers for the following day• Maintain contact with drivers and answer any and all questions clients may have.

• Vehicles driven include: 4K-10K forklift, 4K TUG, 28-44 passenger bus, and 25K-60K aircraft loaders.• Ensure all cargo documentation, packing labeling, marketing requirements and all boarder clearance requirements have been met.• Select, assembles, palletized, and transport airport cargo loads to and from aircraft and storage areas, and secures cargo with appropriate equipment.
