Career has been focused on operations management, financial management, and project level planning and performance. Have established and delivered solid practices related to managing projects and business unit performance. Particular emphasis has been on; detection and mitigation of potential project problems, establishing clear and consistent reporting/ mechanisms/ metrics/ habits, project planning, project manager training, achieving a smooth effective integration of controls/ ops management/ accounting, and business unit plans. Experience is balanced equally between design and construction in Buildings, Infrastructure, and Process. Career started as Cost Engineer and has progressed with steadily increasing responsibility with regard to projects and management of Project Controls services.
